WO Mic is a lightweight utility from Wolicheng Tech that turns an Android phone or iPhone into a wireless microphone for a Windows PC. Instead of buying a dedicated USB or XLR microphone, you install the WO Mic app on your phone and a small client plus a virtual audio driver on your computer; once paired, Windows sees the phone as a regular input device that any app can use. Connection options include Wi‑Fi, USB cable, Bluetooth, and Wi‑Fi Direct on Android, while the iOS version connects over Wi‑Fi only. Latency is low enough for real‑time use, and the virtual mic works out of the box with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Skype, OBS Studio, and any other software that accepts a standard microphone input. The client installer is tiny, well under 2 MB, and setup takes just a few minutes: install the phone app, install the PC client and driver, then connect and select "WO Mic Device" as your input in whichever app you're using.
